monday training 6.21.10

super stoked fot tonights training. should be pretty good. i know charlie and i will already be sore from our up-river run we did yesturday so maybe you will have a chance keeping up with us now. ;)

here is a link to where we are going to meet: drive behind the strip-mall that is right next to the chick-fil-a, that is where we will be.

bring:

  • good tennishoes
  • 1 gallon jug of cold water
  • track shorts or something very breathable and flexable
  • something to wipe away all the sweat you will be spreading all over the ground :)
